The photo IDs I can accept are any current: state issued IDs, drivers licenses, passports, tribal IDs, military IDs, and green cards. It is against Minnesota state law for a minor to get a tattoo, no exceptions.

I currently accept: Cash, Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal.

Bring a current photo ID. I would recommend water at least, if its a longer session bring snacks, headphones, even a stress ball if you find it useful.

You should always have something to eat and make sure to get enough water before your appointment. Unfortunately, I won’t tattoo you if you have been drinking alcohol, are on blood thinners, or took any recreational drugs before your appointment.

Deposits are non refundable for cancelations due to designing time and schedule blocking for your appointment. You are able to reschedule with 24 hours notice and still keep your deposit. Excessive reschedules will forfeit your deposit. I understand things happen, however, it is also my livelihood and I have to draw the line somewhere.

You can not get tattooed while on antibiotics, or for 10 days after. Please let me know and we'll reschedule.

It is against Minnesota state law for minors to receive a tattoo. No exceptions, not even with parent permission, no matter what.

Yes, I am okay with one other person 18+ attending your appointment that isn’t getting tattooed. I do ask that they are respectful of a calm, laid-back environment. We don’t want to be distracting to other artists or their clients. No minors please.

Numbing creams can effect skin texture, healing, and how ink takes to the skin. I do not use numbing creams of any sort and I won’t tattoo you if you have applied them before your appointment. We will have to re-schedule. I can use a low percentage Bactine during your appointment if needed to take a bit of the edge off. We can also take as many breaks as you need. If pain tolerance is a concern to you please reach out to me to discuss, prior to your appointment.

Please reach out to me prior to your appointment if you have questions about clothing to make the tattoo spot more accessable without being invasive of your privacy. (Ex: a back tattoo on a female is easily accessable with a zip-up hoodie worn backwards, gym shorts usually allow upper thigh access without being invasive, etc.)
If you have any other questions, concerns, or accommodation requests please reach out to me to discuss or note it in the appointment request form.
